OUR PROCESS

PLAN
The process begins with reviewing our portfolio and developing a vision for your new home. Inspiration, goals, price point and location are discussed and inform the initial plan.

DESIGN
Your Designer will schedule and lead you through a series of meetings to select hard finishes such as appliances, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, flooring and tile, lighting, hardware and paint.

BUILD
A series of job site walkthroughs will be scheduled with you to customize rough-ins and carpentry while our Design and Build team members and trusted subcontractors work on your behalf to make your dream home a reality.
